I think your template removed some contents of related stories section that causes IV engine not to be able to get the image and some other details of related articles, look at my template and see the differences

- The IV engine generates the image and details for related articles if there is an IV for the page. Your template has details for those articles because you clicked "track changes" for those pages.
This page in my template has the details shown for some of the articles because I clicked "track changes" for those pages (the third one is just a URL because I didn't track that page): https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/jack-savoretti-interview-i-became-happy-and-didnt-know-what-to-do-with-it__25798/
It won't be an issue when the real IV is live.
