Time is invalid. Original uses Brazilian Timezone (-3:00), which is not taken in account on IV.

- Brazil have a lot of times (http://www.cccarto.com/countrytime/brazil/files/Brazil%20Time%20Zones%20Maps.jpg) and the page not specify any other time zone.
As checklists says: "It is possible for a perfect template to display a date/time that is different from the original."
Is not mandatory if cannot be displayed without hardcode a presumption (-3:00 in this case)
