I'm pretty sure it isn't a lead paragraph, and it's just a big subtitle.

Anyway... This issue can't be accepted...
"We will not accept issues on templates for presenting the lead paragraph as the subtitle in IV. If the lead paragraph uses a different style, it is recommended to use bold or italic text (we will not accept issues based on the absence of such formatting)."

But, as I said, this isn't a lead paragraph! It's just a big subtitle.
