Missing publisher or author name

- According to my understanding of Checklist 6.1.1, author is not necessary in such situation because there is no specific author in the content of each post. We can only find a "publisher" in meta tag, which is the website name "on.cc東網". I don't think consider the website name(or the owner "東方報業集團") as the author of each post is best practice when user can be easily informed of the website name by the title of link previews.
