Missing photo's author. It is the only place when photo author is wrote so it can be copyright term to keep photo author.
I think that it is a good idea to place all authors in $author.

There is only one author, it's clearly presented as "Автор:Андрей Журов." . It translates as "author: Андрей Жуков"

The template creator has a point. By default, the author name is the name of the person who wrote the text.
