Gallery, can be presented in IV

- In the checklist it's written, that IV must be generated for "Pages with static article-like content".
Gallery is not a static article-like content:
1. Author can upload new photos for the same event, so it may be dynamic. For example, "Чемпионат ЦФО по пауэрлифтингу 12-16 декабря" lasts for 4 days, I won't expect author to wait till the end of the championship to upload the photos. And by generating IV for such types of pages we are caching them for a long period, as a result users won't see the freshly uploaded content.
2. It's not an article, there are only event title and corresponding photos present.

- These galleries aren't dynamic. All the photos were submitted on the same day. You can check JSON:

- I completely disagree.
My point - they could be updated any time during the event. These are galleries for events, that could last for multiple days, and if one event gallery was uploaded in 1 moment of time doesn't automatically mean that another gallery won't be updated multiple times during the event.
As an example of this possibility I can point on this gallery: https://www.onlinetambov.ru/phototapes/4773/ The gallery was updated in 25 minutes after the first upload, it's clearly not an upload lag, but another update. And I'm sure that I will find more examples of later updates of the same gallery, didn't have time to check all of them yet.
Second ignored point - it's not an article-like content. An article is by definition is "a written work published in a print or electronic medium. It may be for the purpose of propagating news, research results, academic analysis, or debate". This gallery is clearly not an article and even not an article-like.
I think my template was declined without real reason.

- The provided example is bad, since there's no article publishing date for reference: we can't say for sure those photos were uploaded after the post publication.
Since these galleries are available, in most cases contain author and date, can be shared just like articles and there are no proofs they are dynamic, IV must be generated.
