I prefer to trust image from meta tags. For example https://www.oogtv.nl/2019/04/292745/ - here meta tags provide good image which not exists in body.

Here it looks like rare case where meta tags fails to provide correct image. Of course I can identify it by source but next time it may be https://www.oogtv.nl/wp-content/themes/oogtv/img/OOG-big.svg or something like that so I think it's not critical here
