I believe this should be an author, yes i read previous declined issue, but something attract my attention here.

both of you guys successfully removed the date from there (class "post-author") , which left only the author (sometimes two) and sometimes with their jobs (or something like that).

it is not wrong to leave that jobs at the author property since it is not identifiable or separated (by any attribute in that "post-author") in source.
i believe it is better to use author property.

In author field should be only authors, not their jobs or smth else, only author names. So, as it can't be reliably identified, better to leave it as it is.
