It's a block with navigation links of a multi-page article, not another article related to this by the same theme ("thematically connected"). They are not related links, they are the next page of the same article. It's called a navigation block. In the case of this article, a 'related article' will be a review of some other competitor SSDs.

Also, excerpt from the checklist: "essential navigation may be adjusted to simple links".
