Well, a lot pages on this site have Amazon Promo links, almost everywhere they're related to article content.
E.g.: https://ovicio.com.br/review-kingdom-hearts-3 ("You can buy this game here!" with a link on relevant Amazon page)

Also this ad hasn't specific formatting (<p><a><img /></a></p> in source), so the only way to remove it is removing ALL of images with links to Amazon.
