NESTED_ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED is not equal ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED. NESTED_ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED can be processed. It error displayed e.x. when element (audio, video, or audio) placed in inline tag.
When Telegram will be support this audio format, your template will not be able to show IV, because you have not processed error NESTED_ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED.

P.S. If the error was is "ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED" then I don't created this issue, but that's not the case

It's a livestream again. It's a radio. A not-target. So why bother to process it. IV should not be generated; IV is not generated.
