Links to other related articles are not present for two reasons:
1. They are not pure content of currently viewed article, and criteria #3 for IV templates state "... IV page must display the pure content of the source"
2. The list of related content may vary as new articles on the same topic are published. In this case previously generated IV's content be outdated. Therefore the criteria #1 states "...ever-changing lists of links to new articles, would hardly benefit from the IV treatment".

The issue is invalid.
