2) firstly, the second image is not in better quality, it's just a zoomed version. secondly, the link of the second image is inside of a script that is not a relative of the original image node and it's just a sibling after some other paragraphs of the main content (there is no general method to detect them), I think replacing this may cause problems in some other scenarios that may have multiple other scripts in main article source.
