Missing href issue: It's not missing because this exact link leads to deleted page, it's missing because your template doesn't support it, since you can't tell if the link is broken or not. If the link doesn't just open the image in higher resolution, it must be preserved. I don't have time now to search for a valid example, but this is something so basic that you should handle it anyway.
