Images inside <blockquote> should not be converted to <pic>. Instead, you should pull it out. Large images like this should be clickable/zoomable in IV.

- You are wrong, this is how it's intended to be viewed in the original article. They have a consistent inconsistency in image size and most of the times they don't meet the minimum quality specifications of the checklist.
