- Well, that's why the table is not displayed, it's the only dynamic part of this article. When creating my template, I took <div class="postcontent"> as the body. The table is in other div. When it comes to me, I'm convinced that users, viewing this particular page, are supposed to know some information about this contest, rather than viewing dynamic table.

- There are probably users which share this page to share the list of candidates. Just removing the list is removing essential content.
Either no IV should be generated if this is dynamically updated content, or the list should be shown.

So, for this month, the list keeps growing as new users submit applications.

- the entire list is missing from IV
