This isn't a separate website, on this subdomain they publish articles from the printed version. I know, that's my native language and I read pcpress every day. All is supported, if a layout different you can set up for the subdomain and all will work properly, as you can see on my template.
But, if @admins think that partially working template better than full working, ok.
Here you can see date http://pc.pcpress.rs/arhiva.php, they publish some new content from every new printed version, every month. Last number: PC #263 - Mart 2019
Without those PC #263 etc. or date, it's pretty odd reading those in IV.
