Like in previous issue, this ONE-OFF, 2 year old page has a non-standard url. Issues https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/penza-press.ru/template26/issue1/ and https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/penza-press.ru/template26/issue2/ illustrate, why we cannot try generating IV for all pages, we need strict restrictions on ?path. It contains elements that do not appear elsewhere.
