If two publications are from the same year or static doesn't mean they are related. Those links are click-bait, unrelated to content and affect the readability of this publication, that is why they are put inside brackets "[ ... ]". When Peru21 wants clearly recommend other publications, they put at the end of the page, under the section "Vea también" (See also).
