RELATED ARTICLES part should be formatted as <related>

This does not seem to be the case with this site, e.g.
https://www.phnompenhpost.com/sport/cambodia-held-goalless-china-top-group from 2017 only shows 'related articles' from 2018
https://www.phnompenhpost.com/national/defence-chief-vows-control-democracy from 2015 only shows 'related articles' from 2017 and 2018
