Time should be set correctly, you see 09:04 on website and 02:04 on the template.

My template is actually the correct one. The article shows "09:04 ICT" where ICT means Indochina Time (currently in use in Cambodia, 7 hours ahead of UTC). IV shows "02:04" which is the same time converted to UTC.

"The IV editor‘s ’Preview‘ section will always show the date/time in UTC format, while the ’Original' section may use a different time zone. It is possible for a perfect template to display a date/time that looks different than the original."
