- It's not a kicker, it's category name. For example, here's an article with the same category "Анонс", which means "Announcement": https://pik.ua/news/url/u-novij-kahovtsi-vidbudetsja-peredpokaz-filmu-vulkan-
And here's another example where they show this category name: https://telegra.ph/not-a-kicker-04-01
"Відеорепортаж" is category which means "Video report"
you can even see there's a list of articles from the same category: https://telegra.ph/list-of-articles-from-the-same-category-04-01
Checklist says that category names should be omitted and not placed into kicker.
