The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There's no sense to show a number for pages(which is already numbered), and also it might be confusing on what page you are, this page doesn't show it.

It would be nice to make it more obvious what these numbers actually mean to the end user, and display them in a nicer way - other templates have been able to do this
