Browsers may "fix" some issue with this. So that's why you haven't any issues on the original page via the common browser.
And actually, it depends on the browser. Some of them don't make any filepath corrections. I guess, IE will fail.
You may check it using wget/curl for downloading web page and look at the original HTML code. The break line is present there

I don't say it is critical. I just want to make it perfect. That's a goal of this contest. Isn't it?
Regarding to https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/planoinformativo.com/template45/issue2/ in my opinion it is not due to article's author mistake, bacause on the original page the image is displayed properly.
