When formatting the table of content as related articles, it happens that links to the other pages of this article cannot be viewed by the user, when your template does not generate IV for that specific url.
e.g. URL/page 3 does not generate IV and cannot be reached by the user. So the user manually needs to open the website in his browser to then jump to the TOC to then open the third page.
IV does not guarantee that all links in RelatedArticle will be shown. In addition, the number of displayed links is limited. So in all cases where it is important that all links are preserved, the RelatedArticle should not be used.
