Incorrect datetime display

- IV generator seems to have a problem with dates of "today"/"15 minutes ago" format. It thinks today's wrong month.
I can't see where your date came from... But it seem to change with time. Right now it's "11 Jun 2017, 13:41"

- Other templates display correct date and time, so seems like it's the problem of this template itself.
