missing IV

- It is on purpose.
Such page is a dedicated page of each article image with its caption and should not have an IV.
Its a common feature of wordpress sites.
While it is static content, decided not to include it within my template since IVs are primary for "News articles, Blog posts, Guides, Wiki entries, Documentation" and this one doesnt suit any of it.

which has a working IV.
