What I learned from this issue https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/generation-nt.com/template13/issue2/ is that low-quality images look terrible in IV, so we should delete it.

There's always low-quality images in this block, and I agree with admins that it looks ugly. I thought before that's part of essential content, but it's not. And this time, the same, it's not essential.
