I think this page shouldn't be generated because the list of authors is updating from time to time

As for the page being updated over time, in this specific case, it is okay, because the IV does not set a published date. This means that the IV can still update the IV cache for this page over time (very slowly though). Since authors / employees wouldn't change often, a slowly updating IV cache should be okay.
