Following the Checklist, ch. 6.2.5
6.2.5 Media credits
IV 2.0 supports a dedicated <cite> tag for credits in media captions. Credits in captions must be preserved and placed inside the appropriate tag, provided it is technically possible to reliably identify them.
Technically it is possible to reliably identify them. The similar as you've handled with other pages. Here is the case when the image tag hasn't set owner/author option. So you should put "© Политика сегодня / polit.info" as a default value.
