The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It seems that the page authors have decided that it is a good idea to manually add bullets to an already unordered list. It might seem weird, but semantically it is correct.

As far as I know, there is no reliable way to identify this since it might or might not be an isolated case.
