Admins, site name is "Кіровоградська правда" - not a "Кировоградская правда", it'a ukrainan site and site_name must be in ukrainian

- Regarding site name: the website is using a site name in Russian in meta. Doesn't seem it's so crucial. Although I agree that Ukrainian site name would be better, I don't consider the issue critical enough to decline the template because of it. But I strongly recommend to the template's author to change site name in a future.
