This is rare bug on the site. It is impossible to calculate all the variations this bug. It is better not to generate a template in such cases. So admin wrote at 2017 "better to not generate IV than to generate a wrong IV". My opponents do this page, but they do it not as in the original (wrong order, slideshow), media caption can be mixed.
