Could be marked as related

- Could be - true, if it was a static block. However - it's not. Name of it varies and there is no safe way of marking it as related without endangering the rest of the articles.
I did the safest thing I only could - I added most common names of this block to the template, but there are probably more other names that it could have and doing a fuzzy regexp would drastically rise the risk of content being removed.
I really don't want to make exceptions for single articles to match exact phrase, this should not be a thing. Templates should be global, per domain, not local - per article.
