That is not hardcoding, just a little bit more efforts than ordinary template creating. And that is not problem IV engine but yours.

Furthermore check issue https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/yvision.kz/template20/issue1/ there is no links placed onto the processing page, but reporters should add links to their template because that links are placed into the original pages.

2. No, it's a bug. It's valid link following to to cyrillic domain broken by @simplify mechanics.
3. The link you send (yvision.kz issue) is about other thing.
4. Finally, source links are optional.

P.S. Practice your wit and tell about your extraordinary abilities somewhere else. If you want to know where your method breaks correct links - I'll send you an issue if my template is declined for that.
