From checklist: "Note: For the new Icon type, we highly recommend setting the correct size using the width/height attributes so that they appear the same way in IV as they do in the text. Otherwise, you risk grabbing the 3x version of an emoji and displaying it as a full-blown image."

But this is a regular photo and not an emoji or something like that. Still looks ok in telegram app.

This rule is more applicable for regular icons, not pseudo-icons used to imitate images in blockquotes.
