Followup to https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/pravo.ru/template121/issue2/ that is not formatting photo_legal as <cite>.
This uses photo_text in img_container.

Seems like they don't know what they are actually doing then. This is clearly an image credit in "photo_text" container, and vice versa in that second issue.
Find a page when both containers are properly used then.
