- It is a related document, for now, it will be simply removed but as soon as IV implements the preview of PDF files this will show the preview of that PDF.

- You're right: formatted as related the link to the PDF file won't be displayed. Since it's important part of content is must be displayed. Thus it's not acceptable to format it as related.

- What? All the content AND the link are right above the related link! The "Дело № 49-КГ18-61" is a link to the pdf!

However, there's no sense to format file links as related.
