1) Since leaving author avatars in blockquotes is not acceptable (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/ural56.ru/template7/issue1/), leaving them outside of blockquotes is most likely not acceptable as well.
2) I'm not sure about transforming this whole gallery to related articles block as in the original page user has access to photos right on this page.

1) I think it's fine since images are out of blockquote.
2) That gallery isn't a part of the article.

1) It's not so critical as the quote author portrait inside the quote.
2) All gallery slides can be viewed by the article reader. It's better to inline it, if it's possible technically
