Quote author photo must be removed

- Unique case:
1) Blockquote formatting itself is unique (width: 100%; border-left: 5px solid #00adf2; background-color: #F2F2F3; padding: 15px 15px 15px 0px; margin: 10px 15px 10px -10px;), but I decided to support it.
2) ".speaker" class is not contained in any css stylesheets on this site (probably these quotes just copy-pasted from somewhere of something like that), and removing images with random classes is unsafe because (in theory) this class might be added in the future.
