You may leave “inline” related links in the middle the article. If you do, these <related> blocks must not have headers (unless the header contains critical information).
I don't know anything more critical than differentiating 'Approfondimenti' (in-depth looks) from Videos.
Your template merges the Video link into the Approfondimenti section, which is hardly appropriate since the video is the same as the one shown here without any extra 'in-depth' content.
