I've linked this service page not because it needs an IV, but to point out that the site_name you use for the whole site (and articles that generate IVs) is wrong - it should be "Primorske novice" with a capital letter at the beginning.

Even though their logo is in all small letters, it's not natural (according to the language) to refer to them as such, the first letter should be uppercase - look at how they refer to themselves in this "About us" page I linked.

I don' agree. It is exactly as rules say: "must include the name that users see on the main page" and visually it is even better than yours. You approach can be right too. Remember, there can be more than one good solutions for one problem.
