There is no reason to remove an image that can be essential. It might not be that critical in this page, since it has the title. But other pages could have an image with different content. Should be kept, no harm in keeping it. But you risk losing essential image when removed.

- The reason it pretty easy: this kind of page is unique, it's a specific template made by them to handle this specific section (called "Βαβέλ", FYI). So there's no need at all to think that that banner can contain a different or critical information (the class name is "des_babel_title"). Since the rule says that banners should be removed and since that banner is a useless repetition of the title, I removed it.
