I think this is not related to the article thematically.Also this part located in section @id="block...".And this part contains more than 100 such links,You select first six links in this part.I think you should not wrap with <related>.You should remove from content

- The articles in the <related> block cover the same topic as the main article - the tragedy on the Syamozero Lake.
It's the best example of thematically related articles! So it would be a big mistake not to include them in the <related> block.
But it is true that there are too many of them in the original.
