it can be safely removed and the IV for the article could be generated then.

Polls are the essential part of article. The main purpose of IV is to present all article content as it is, otherwise it is better for user to view link via standard browser. Also, polls have direct relation to the article and they are not included in Checklist's "Content to be removed" section
