You're not supposed to put these headers above the links in the related articles section. All links should be in 1 related articles block.

- No. Since there is no header like "Related" its better to put the title of the related articles as header.

- The <related> block's header should not be the title of the linked article.
The <related> block will generate the title, desc, and image preview of the related link itself. If template sets the title itself, the title will be duplicated.
