- Yes. But when there's no mess in the markup. They decided to put the last link in <div>. I decided only to include links within <p> in related block for the sake of safety (and because this case with div is unique, I didn't expect that).

- Since it's not possible to identify these links as related (simple <p> or <div>), it's acceptable to not format them as related. But since the template already did this, all the links should be formatted as related for consistency
