I don't know what's going on here, but my template is able to handle this page

- Do not believe it, but my template also supports this page. I do not know how you made it so that in the original it broke, judging by the code in the iframe. All meta headers were transferred to <body> judging by HTML, so it was not generated as IV, but I took the link, pasted it and reloaded the page:

As you can see the template generates IV
