SPIS TREŚCI is Polish for TABLE OF CONTENTS. There are no linked articles here, they all are sections of one article.

This <select> element always has "%article_title% - SPIS TREŚCI" caption. The title is needlessly duplicated.

I suppose it's ok to leave is as too is in terms of correctness. But in IV we usually just don't have a screen width to comfortably fit any title plus suffix.

<details> titles longer that screen width aren't great UX.
