This particular article caused me headaches when I encountered it, in this particular instance it means the template's author is using the Open Graph title (og:title). I too was using it before, but in this particular article the <meta> tag is incorrectly generated and suffers from a self-inflicted html injection.

This issue is a problem with the author of the web, not IVs templates. We can't expect all possible errors that an author can do with the HTML and correct it to generate a IV.

If HTML is not used properly, scrappers like IV will always fail.
